Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how International Advanced Bio-Pharmaceutical Industries Pte. Ltd. (“IABPI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the Singapore company behind the Naturext brand, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data through naturext.com (the “Website”), in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

By using the Website or otherwise submitting personal data to us (for example, by phone, email, or in person), you acknowledge that this Privacy Policy applies to that data.

About Us

IABPI Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company, founded in 2003, that formulates and distributes the Naturext range of natural health supplements. Our registered office is:

8 Boon Lay Way #08-03, 8 @ TradeHub 21, Singapore 609964

This Website is a marketing and informational site. We do not process payments or fulfil orders directly — all Naturext products are sold through PlusHealth (plushealth.com.sg), our authorised Singapore retailer. Any personal data you provide to PlusHealth when placing an order (e.g. name, delivery address, payment details) is collected and processed by PlusHealth under its own privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review PlusHealth’s privacy policy separately.

Personal Data We Collect

We only collect personal data that you knowingly and voluntarily provide to us, or that is generated through your use of the Website. This may include:

  • Contact and enquiry data — your name, email address, phone number, and the content of any message you send us via email (inquiry@iabpi.com) or by calling +65 6873 8693.
  • Technical and usage data — information automatically collected when you browse the Website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the Website. This data is typically aggregated and does not on its own identify you.
  • Cookies data — see the Cookies and Analytics section below.

We do not require you to create an account to use this Website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as NRIC numbers or financial account details) through the Website.

How We Use Your Personal Data

In accordance with the PDPA’s Purpose Limitation Obligation, we only collect, use, or disclose your personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and for which we have obtained your consent (or which are otherwise permitted or required by law). These purposes include:

  • Responding to your product enquiries, trade/distribution enquiries, or general questions;
  • Providing customer service and support;
  • Improving the content, layout, and functionality of the Website;
  • Understanding how visitors use the Website through aggregated analytics;
  • Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations in Singapore; and
  • With your separate consent, sending you marketing or promotional communications about Naturext products, which you may opt out of at any time.

Where we rely on consent as our basis for collecting, using, or disclosing your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (see Contact Us below). Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to respond to your enquiry or provide certain services, and we will inform you of the likely consequences at the time of your request.

In some circumstances, the PDPA permits us to collect, use, or disclose personal data without consent — for example, where necessary to respond to an emergency, or where required by law.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose your personal data to:

  • Service providers who support our operations, such as our website hosting provider, IT service providers, and analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics), who are contractually bound to protect your data and only process it on our behalf;
  • Regulatory or governmental authorities, where required by law or in response to a valid legal request; and
  • Professional advisers, such as our lawyers or auditors, on a confidential and need-to-know basis.

Overseas Transfer of Personal Data

Some of our service providers (such as website hosting or analytics providers) may store or process personal data on servers located outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, in accordance with the PDPA’s Transfer Limitation Obligation.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Website and to improve your browsing experience. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data, such as pages visited, time on page, device/browser type, and general location at a city/country level.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or control cookies generally through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Website, though the Website will generally remain usable without them.

Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law (for example, accounting or regulatory record-keeping requirements). When personal data is no longer needed for these purposes, we will securely delete or anonymise it, in accordance with the PDPA’s Retention Limitation Obligation.

Access and Correction

Subject to certain exceptions permitted under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you, and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year; and
  • Request that we correct any error or omission in your personal data.

To make an access or correction request, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details below. We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of responding to an access request, and we will inform you of any such fee in advance.

Protection of Personal Data

We take reasonable technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect the personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks, in accordance with the PDPA’s Protection Obligation. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, or that involves the personal data of a significant number of individuals, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals as required under the PDPA’s Data Breach Notification Obligation.

The Website contains links to third-party websites, including our authorised retailer PlusHealth and marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and Alibaba. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing your personal data to it.

Children’s Privacy

This Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Your Right to Complain

If you believe we have handled your personal data in a way that does not comply with the PDPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (PDPC) at pdpc.gov.sg. We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly first.
